For 150 years, in Cherbourg, in Normandy, the SIMON company has become the world leader in the fat industries.
 

More than 1200 machines were sold in 60 countries of which:

  • the CONTIMAB: for continuous butter production, butter specialities with low fat content, spreads (4 types of machines with output from 500 kg to 13 tons/hour)
  • the CONTIMALAX for the fat reworking, texturizing and blending with a view of their reconditioning or industrial using.
  • the CONTICRUSH for the frozen storing fat treatment (6 tons/hour to – 18° C)
  • the SIMPLISTOCK for high capacity packaging (12 tons/hour in 25 kg format cardboard box).
Its most recent strategy is to extend its activity to the whole of the Food Industry; to this end, it has developed new products thanks to technological transfers in the function of blending – mixing and kneading.

  • Fat blends and butter specialities (references: LACTALIS, UCLAB, ELVIR, CORALIS, SOCOBEUR, HERTA, BISTRO’VITE, CANELIA, ENILIA, KOMBINAT DE VORONEJ and REGION SNAB in Russia)
