CHALON MEGARD is a company specialized in the manufacture of cheese-making
machinery from 1920. Gradually, it has became European leader as supplier
of cheese mechanized production lines : hard cheese : Grana, Emmental, Gruyère…,
semi-hard cheese : Tomme, Raclette, St Paulin, Manchego,…and other
special cheeses like Reblochon… |
